Terms and Conditions

On-line bookings will receive a confirmation email from the website when your payment has been made. Print off the email and bring it with you as your proof of purchase.

All tours are zero rated VAT.

We (Malvern Guided Tours or MGT) reserve the right to postpone a tour when either the weather/ walking conditions are considered unsafe, or due to illness, holidays, or circumstances beyond its control. In such instances, cancellation will be confirmed by email, text or by phone. Guests may either re-schedule a new date, or receive a refund.

If you wish to CANCEL or CHANGE your booking, please do so at least 1 week before the event begins. Please inform Andy at andy@malvernguidedtours.co.uk or call 07801 252100

Refunds will not be made for cancellations within 1 week of the tour.

If the customer wishes to make a complaint relating to the services being provided, MGT  will aim to resolve the problem or issue as soon as possible.

Photographs and video clips may be taken during a tour and could be used on MGT's printed materials, website or social media.  If customers do not wish to be photographed or filmed this should be raised with the guide on the day of the tour.

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the products and services shown on the website and leaflets and other materials remain at all times the property of MGT

Before joining a tour, please check the weather forecast and wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

Safety on our walks is paramount. Walking along some paths presents hazards which customers must accept and be prepared for. It’s important the appropriate footwear and clothing is worn for the conditions. We have the right to refuse any person they believe to be inadequately prepared for the walk.

The Start Time indicates when the walk will start, so please arrive 5-10 mins before the start time to avoid delays. If you expect to be late, please call the

guide to decide on the best course of action.

All walkers walk at their own risk. MGT can take no responsibility for personal injury.

The Customer is advised to insure against injury or losses incurred during their walk with MGT and arrange suitable medical cover for such booking.

You must stay with the group. If you wish to leave the group, please inform the guide. You will be responsible for your own safety from that point.

Customers must be in general good health and must satisfy themselves that the walk is within their abilities.

Inform the Tour Guide if you have any pre-existing medical conditions for which you may be carrying medication (eg diabetes).

Customers are required to have consideration for other people. If, in the opinion of the MGT Guide, the customer or any member of the customers party behaves in such a way as to cause, or be likely to cause, danger, upset or distress to any third parties or damage to property, MGT is entitled to request the persons will be required to leave the tour and no refunds will be made.

Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
